The Philippine NGO Council on Population, Health and Welfare, Inc. (PNGOC) is an umbrella organization of 97 national and local NGOs working in the field of reproductive health (RH), population, policy advocacy, nonformal education and other development fields. PNGOC in partnership with the (LOCAL NGO) will be gathering local legislators to discuss issues and concerns pertaining to Reproductive Health. The activity entitled “Legislative Forum on Health” will be a great opportunity for the candidate to discuss his/her platform on health.
