GreenCom Mati Monitoring and Evaluation

City of Mati- The Green Communities Urban Container Gardening  Training formed a team to monitor and evaluate the 77 residents who participated in the program.

In partnership with Davao Oriental State College of Science and Technology , their Research and Development Division created a monitoring tool to have a balanced and fair evaluation of the UCG advocates.

They were classified into 3 groups which is the Code Blue, Code Green and Code Red. Code Blue are the ones who  need improvement, the Code Green are the ones who have satisfactory output while the top performers were identified as Code Red.

Recognition will be given to the volunteer enrollees who showed exemplary performance on July 14, 2016.

Consultation meeting were also given to the advocates during the GreenCom’s 3 months home visit together with City Environment and Natural Resources (CiENRO) , City Agriculture Office (CAO) and the Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP).

Meanwhile, Green Communities is under the BIDA Program of the City of Mati  which is headed by Vice Mayor Glenda Rabat-Gayta.
